Premises Licence Application

Licensing Act 2003 Notice is hereby given that Helen Brun has applied in respect of Drunken Duckling Drinks Emporium, Unit 9 Vale House, Pavilion Shopping Centre, Thornaby TS17 9FD for the grant of a premise licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for sale of alcohol off the premises, between the hours of 09.00 - 18.00 Monday to Saturday and 10.00 -16.00 on a Sunday. Any representations about this application must be made in writing by 7 September 2021 and sent to: Stockton-On-Tees Borough Council, Licensing Service, Municipal Buildings, Church Road, Stockton-On-Tees TS18 1LD. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the Licensing Office at the above address between the hours of 9.00am to 4.00pm or on the website at www.stockton.gov.uk It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
