Notice is hereby given that the following Order continues to be in force: -
THE ISLE OF WIGHT COUNCIL (PUBLIC FOOTPATH V99, ST LAWRENCE, ISLE OF WIGHT) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS) ORDER NO 1 2021
The Isle of Wight Council gives notice that the Secretary of State for Transport has approved an extension of the above order until 5 September 2023 or until the completion of the works, whichever is the earlier, no person shall cause any Pedestrian to proceed along Public Footpath V99 between its junctions with Public Footpaths NT51 / V124 & Public Footpaths V98 / V94. The closure is required due to the likelihood of danger to the public (landslips).
