Licensing Act 2003: Application for New Premises Licence
Notice
is hereby given that Freeboard Group Limited has applied in respect of the The Boat Berth, 4 Venture Quays, Columbine Building, Castle Street, East Cowes, Isle of Wight, PO32 6EZ for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following:
Opening hours: Monday to Sunday 11:00 to 00:00 hours; From the end of permitted hours on New Year's Eve until the start of permitted hours on New Year's Day.
The sale by retail of alcohol (on and off) and the provision of regulated entertainment by way of live and recorded music, as follows; Monday to Sunday 11:00 to 00:00 hours; From the end of permitted hours on New Years Eve until the start of permitted hours on New Year's Day.
The provision of late night refreshment as follows; Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 00:00 hours; From the end of permitted hours on New Year's Eve until the start of permitted hours on New Year's Day.
Representations to this application must be made in writing, by the end of 1st September 2021, to Isle of Wight Council, Licensing Section, Jubilee Stores, The Quay, Newport Isle of Wight PO30 2EH
