(Footpath 36, Chestnut Close, Burnham On Crouch) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close Footpath 36, (Chestnut Close), Bumham On Crouch in the District of Maldon, From the central point of the level crossing, approximately 20 metres in a northerly direction and 20 metres in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14/08/2021 to 27/08/2021 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while level crossing upgrade works are undertaken. The alternative route will be east along Foundry Lane, North on B1021 Station Road, left to Cedar Grove, west along Maple Way then south on Chestnut Close and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 14/08/2021 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Church Road, Tolleshunt Major) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Road, Tolleshunt Major in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Goldhanger Road for a distance of approximately 200m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th September 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SAWC9C428L002 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Church Road, Tolleshunt D'arcy Road, Beckingham Road, Maldon Road, Goldhanger Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 19th August 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Goat Lodge Road, Great Totham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Goat Lodge Road, Great Totham in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 385m south west of its junction with Mountains Road for a distance of approximately 100m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 31 st August 2021 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30078201904 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead to underground supply works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Goat Lodge Lane, Beacon Hill, Kelvedon Road, Walden House Road, Goat Lodge Lane and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 19th August 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Various Roads, District of Maldon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) (No.5) Order 2021 Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of road in the District of Maldon as specified in the schedule to this Order.

2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced

on both sides of carriageway on the above length of road for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.
"The Essex County Council (Maldon District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Areas) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and wailing restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 19th August 2021 exact dates will be specified on one.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.

(Queenborough Road, Southminster) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Queenborough Road, Southminster in the District of Maldon from its junction with Pump Mead Close for a distance of approximately 60m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 19th August 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EN014M30683 - Essex And Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Essex And Suffolk Water.
An alternative route is available via High Street, North Street, Queenborough Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 19th August 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Various Roads, Maldon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of 30mph Speed Limit) & (Temporary Introduction of Clearway) (Streetworks No.7) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days
from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road
Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order
1. To temporarily close those various lengths of roads in the District of Maldon, as detailed in the Schedule.

2. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit in the various lengths of road as detailed in the Schedule.

3. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the various lengths of roads as specified in the schedule for the duration of the restrictions in order to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.

4. "The Essex County Council (Maldon District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.

The works are scheduled to commence after 19th August 2021, as stated on a valid permit.
The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.
The restrictions are required tor the safety of the public and workforce while superfast installation cabling works are undertaken by County Broadband.

(Church Lane, Little Totham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Church Lane, Little Totham in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 270m south west of the junction with Wash Lane for a distance of approximately 160m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24th August 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SAWCGPWP2D001 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Church Lane, School Road, Park Wood Lane, Church Road, Sheepcoates Lane and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 5th August 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Hackmans Lane, Purieigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Hackmans Lane, Purieigh in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 565m south east of its junction with Birchwood Road tor a distance of approximately 330m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24th August 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS236958A - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required tor the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cabling works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Hackmans Lane, Marlpits Road, Bumham Road, Chelmsford Road, Barons Lane, Fambridge Road, Latchingdon Road, Stow Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 5th August 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
