(Barling Road, Barling Magna) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice Is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Barling Road, Barling Magna in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 940m south west of its junction with Church Road for a distance of approximately 40m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 31st August 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS82425 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Barling Road, Little Wakering Road, Barrow Hall Road, Barling Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 19th August 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier,

(Branksome Avenue & Appleyard Avenue, Hockley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Branksome Avenue in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Plumberow Avenue for a distance of approximately 30m in a south easterly direction.
2. To temporarily close that length of Appleyard Avenue, Hockley in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Plumberow Avenue for a distance of approximately 30m in a north westerly direction.
The closures are scheduled to commence on 30th August 2021 for 15 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5021001077345 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while gas replacement works are undertaken by Cadent. Alternative routes are available via
1. Branksome Avenue, Ash Way, Russet Way, Peach Avenue, Orchard Avenue, Plumberow Avenue and vice versa.
2. Appleyard Avenue, Plumberow Mount Avenue, Plumberow Avenue and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 19th August 2021 and may continue in aforce for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Church Road, Ramsden Bellhouse) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Road, Ramsden Bellhouse in the Borough of Basildon, from a point approximately 60m northwest of its junction with Homestead Road for a distance of approximately 95m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 22nd August 2021 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30028569467 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Downham Road, School Road, Castledon Road, London Road (access only to Church Road) and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 19th August 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Various Roads, District of Rochford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) (No.6) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of road in the District of Rochford as specified in the schedule to this Order.
2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above length of road for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.
"The Essex County Council (Rochford District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 19th August 2021, exact dates will be specified on one.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.

(Chapel Street, Billericay) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Chapel Street, Billericay in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Hillside Road to its Roundabout junction with Sun Street a distance of approximately 185m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 13th August 2021 for 11 nights (19:00-05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (BC311WC2MH14G007 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while duct clearance in footway and spine cabling works are undertaken by Openreach.
Alternative routes are available via:
1. Sun Street, London Road, Laindon Road, Noak Hill Road Roundabout, Noak Hill Road, Bell Hill Roundabout, Southend Road.
2. Sun Street, London Road, High Street, Norsey Road, Jacksons Lane, Meadow Rise, Valley Road, Hillside Road, Chapel Street.

(Church Hill, Laindon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order
1. To temporarily close that length of Church Hill, Laindon in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Church Road for a distance of approximately 80m in a southwesterly direction.
2. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' in that length of Church Hill, Laindon in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Church Road for a distance of approximately 80m in a southwesterly direction. "The Essex County Council (Basildon Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. (High Road Norm, Laindon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of High Road North, Laindon in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Walnut Close to its junction with Willowfield Roundabout a distance of approximately 360m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 17th August 2021 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30035365119 -UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead electrical works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. Alternative routes are available via:
1. High Road North, Fortune of War Roundabout, Southend Arterial Road, Southend Arterial Road Slip Road from A127 to Noak Hill Road Eastbound, Noak Hill Road Roundabout, Noak Hill Road, Wash Road West, Dunton Road, West Mayne Roundabout, Southend Arterial Road Slip Road from West Mayne to A127 Eastbound, Southend Arterial Road.
2. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Kimberley Road, South Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with High Road for a distance of approximately 240m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20th August 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2307786 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Lambourne Hall Road, Canewdon in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 95m south east of its junction with Gardiners Lane for a distance of approximately 100m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 19th August 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008OGEA51134513 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network.
