Notice is hereby given that on 4 August 2021 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which is to introduce a 20mph speed limit on Church Street, Dyer Lane, Fore Street, Foyles Mead, Glebe Bungalows, Sheepwash Lane and Teapot Street - the complete lengths; Dinton Road - from its junction with Wilton Road to a point 50 metres south of the level crossing; High Street - from its junction with Fore Street to a point 23 metres north east of the bridge over River Wylye; Towns End - from its junction with Dyer Lane to a point 70 metres west of the western boundary of property known as The Finnows; Wilton Road - from its junction with Dinton Road to a point 12 metres east of the eastern comer of properly known as Chequers. Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in the Order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant Section of the above Act or on the grounds that any requirement of that Section or of Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act or any regulation made under the said Schedule, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court. The Order will come into operation on 16 August 2021.
