CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL
ROOK LANE, BRADFORD
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of electrical works to be executed on or near Rook Lane, Bradford has made the above named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed in the length of Rook Lane from its junction with Rooley Lane to its junction with Factory Lane.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on the said length of road.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the Order are available via Rook Lane (unaffected section), Tong Street, Dudley Hill Interchange, Rooley Lane and vice versa.
The Order comes into operation on 08:00 hours on the 18th August 2021 until 18:00 on the 1st September 2021 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
