(WOOD STREET, SHOTLEY BRIDGE) (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2021
The Council on 6/8/21 made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all vehicular traffic from proceeding on 70m of Wood St that extends southwards from Burnmill Bank to Cutlers Hall Rd, Shotley Bridge to enable highway drainage works to be undertaken. Alt route from the northern side of the closure from B6287 Burnmill Bank, southerly on A691 Cutlers Hall Road to the southern side of the closure, and vice versa. The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months. The proposed works are to commence on 16/8/21 and are anticipated to be completed in one week. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.
