NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Take notice that application is being made by: Mr Gopal Gupta
For planning permission to: Alterations including erection of a single storey rear extension and excavations to enlarge existing basement to Facilitate the formation of 2 x 1-bedroom with cycle and refuse storage. Redevelopment of existing ground floor and extension of basement to provide 2no. duplex apartments, 1 no. Class E unit and creation of external amenity space.
