LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Premises The Children's Trust, Tadworth St, Tadworth, KT20 5RU
Notice is given that The Children's Trust has applied to Reigate & Banstead Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence to be granted under the Licensing Act 2003. The application Is: For the following licensable activities: * The sale of alcohol (for consumption on premises only), the provision of entertainment (music, dance and film) Indoors and/ or outdoors, on event days only.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Manager, Town Hall Castlefield Road, Reigate, RH2 0SH. Representations must be received no later than 6 September 2021
The application and the Licensing Authority's public register can be inspected at: The Town Hall, Castlefield Road, Reigate RH2 0SH, Monday to Friday (except on public holidays) between the hours of 10.00 am to 4.00 pm.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000)
