NOTICE OF MAKING OF A PUBLIC PATH ORDER

HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 YORKSHIRE DALES NATIONAL PARK AUTHORITY BRIDLEWAY NO. 509011. CASTERTON DIVERSION ORDER 2021 The above Order, made on 4 August, 2021, under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert the public bridleway starting from a point on the access track leading up to the properties at Bindloss at Grid Reference, SD 6324 7856 in a north easterly direction, passing between buildings before bearing south, south easterly to join the existing track at Grid Reference, SD 6332 7855 onto a line starting at the same point on the track at GR SD 6324 7856 and following the track east to a field gate before bearing south to join the bridleway and existing track at GR SD 6332 7855, as shown on the Order map.

Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to The Solicitor, Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority, Yoredale, Bainbridge, Leyburn, North Yorkshire, DL8 3EL not later than 9 September, 2021. Please state the grounds on which they are made.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
