NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Frank Sidney Smith deceased late of Flat B15 Elizabeth Court Grove Road Bournemouth Dorset BH1 3DU who died on 24th February 2014 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of their claim or interest to the undersigned Solicitors for Maureen Dorothy Alice Smith and Robert Michael Aitkenhead the Executors on or before 16th June 2014 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they shall have had notice.
