We Kiosk 12 Limited hereby make application for a Variation of our Premises Licence in respect of Kiosk 12 Eastern Esplanade, Southend On Sea, Essex, SS1 2YH. The Variation is the removal of the following Condition: The licensee shall ensure the premises shall be run predominantly as a restaurant and the sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises, shall be linked to the purchase of a substantial meal. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Southend-on-Sea Borough Council) All such representations shall be made in writing, by 01/09/2021.
