Premises Licence Application

LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is given that Rebecca Jo Roberts has applied to Dorset Council for a new premises licence in respect of BELLA'S, 57A The Esplanade, Weymouth, Dorset, DT4 8DG for the provision of alcohol generally between the hours of: Monday Sunday 10.00 - 23.00. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
