(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF VARIOUS ROADS IN RICKMANSWORTH AND CHORLEYWOOD) ORDER 2021
NOTICE Is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"):-
1. that length of Berry Lane, Rickmansworth from its junction with Dog Kennel Lane south westwards, westwards and north westwards to its junction with Common Gate Road, a distance of approximately 492m.
An alternative route will be via Dog Kennel Lane, A404 Rickmansworth Road, Common Road, Station Approach, Chorleywood Bottom and Common Gate Road.
2. that length of Common Gate Road, Chorleywood from its junction with Berry Lane northwards and north westwards to its junction with Clements Road, a distance of approximately 279m.
An alternative route will be via Berry Lane, Dog Kennel Lane,A404 Rickmansworth Road, Common Road, Station Approach, Chorleywood Bottom and Common Gate Road.
3. that length of Berry Lane, Chorleywood from its junction with Kings Farm Road north eastwards to its junction with Common Gate Road, a distance of approximately 557m.
An alternative route will be via Berry Lane, Stag Lane, Rendlesham Way, Furze View, Hubbards Road and Common Gate Road. The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 23 August 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN WHITELANDS AVENUE, CHORLEYWOOD) ORDER 2021
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Whitelands Avenue, Chorleywood from its junction with Blacketts Wood Drive north westwards to its junction with Brushwood Drive, a distance of approximately 129 metres ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via Blacketts Wood Drive, Carpenters Wood Drive and Whitelands Avenue.
ADDITIONALLY all vehicles are prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides of this length of the Road whilst works are in progress.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 23 August 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF LONG LANE, HERONSGATE) ORDER 2021
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Long Lane, Heronsgate from its junction with Stag Lane south eastwards to its junction with the A412 Denham Way/M25 (junction 17) roundabout, a distance of approximately 1365m ("the Road"). An alternative route will be via Heronsgate Road, Shire Lane, Chalfont Lane, Blacketts Wood Drive, Whitelands Avenue, Shire Lane, Green Street, A404 (Amersham Road/ Chenies Road/Rickmansworth Road/Chorleywood Road) and A412 (Rectory Road/ Uxbridge Road/Denham Way). The Order is needed because railway track and tree cutting works are proposed to be executed near the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 25 August 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF GREEN STREET, CHORLEYWOOD) ORDER 2021
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of road ("the lengths of Road"), except foraccess:-
1. that length of Green Street, Chorleywood from a point in line with the eastern boundary of No.58 Green Street south eastwards for its entire length.
An alternative route will be via Green Street.
2. that length of Green Street, Chorleywood from a point in line with the southern boundary of No.46 and No.48 Green Street north westwards for a distance of approximately 14m.
An alternative route will be via Green Street.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the lengths of Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 23 August 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the lengths of Road. (TEMPORARY CLOSING OF ASHBURNHAM DRIVE, SOUTH OXHEY) ORDER 2021
NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Ashbumham Drive, South Oxhey from its westernmost junction with Hayling Road north eastwards for a distance of approximately 20m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via Hayling Road and Ashbumham Drive.
The Order is needed because the replacement of existing gas mains is proposed to be executed on or near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 9 August 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Shepherds Lane, Chorleywood from its junction with Berry Lane south eastwards for a distance of approximately 140m ("the Road").
An alternative route will be via Stag Lane, Long Lane, A412 (Denham Way/Uxbridge Road), Church Lane and Shepherds Lane.
The Order is needed because tree cutting works are proposed to be executed near the Road. The Order has been made and shall come into force on 10 August 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Stag Lane, Chorleywood from its junction with Shepherds Lane south westwards for a distance of approximately 50m ("the Road").
An alternative route will be via Berry Lane, Common Gate Road, Chorleywood Bottom, Hubbards Road, Furze View, Rendlesham Way and Stag Lane. The Order is needed because tree cutting works are proposed to be executed near the Road.
The Order has been made and shall come into force on 10 August 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT MEASURES ON VARIOUS ROADS IN WEST HYDE AND MAPLE CROSS) ORDER 2021
NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect on the following lengths of roads ("the Roads") will be:-
1. To prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Old Uxbridge Road, West Hyde from its junction with Coppermill Lane north westwards for a distance of approximately 75m, except for access.
An alternative route will be via Old Uxbridge Road, Chaffont Lane,A412 Denham Way, Tilehouse Lane and Old Uxbridge Road or via Old Uxbridge Road, A412 Denham Way, Chalfont Lane and Old Uxbridge Lane.
2. To prohibit all vehicles from waiting at any time on both sides of Old Uxbridge Road, West Hyde from its junction with Coppermill Lane north westwards for a distance of approximately 75m.
3. To prohibit all vehicular traffic from proceeding along that length of Tilehouse Lane, Maple Cross from its junction with A412 Denham Way north eastwards to its junction with Old Uxbridge Road, a distance of approximately 135m, other than in a north easterly direction only, when signs are in place.
An alternative route will be via Old Uxbridge Road, A412 Denham Way, Chalfont Lane and Old Uxbridge Lane.
4. The existing prohibition of entry from A412 Denham Way info Tilehouse Lane, Maple Cross, will be temporarily suspended to enable all vehicles to enter Tilehouse Lane from A412 Denham Way whilst works are in progress.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads. The Order has been made and shall come into force on 9 August 2021 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads.
