Eileen Joan Watson has applied to Allerdale Borough Council for a Premises Licence for The Art Lounge, Scenery Hill House, Branthwaite, Workington, Cumbria, CA14 4SZ for the sale / supply of alcohol - between the following hours: 11.00 to 22.30 Monday to Sunday and the proposed closing time of the premises 23.00, plus Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Eve supply of alcohol 11.00 to 24.00 and the proposed closing time of the premises 00.30. Any person wishing to make relevant representations on this application may do so in writing by not later than 24th August 2021 - ie. 28 days from first date the notice is displayed at the premises, to Licensing Department, Allerdale Borough Council, Allerdale House, Workington, Cumbria, CA14 3YJ or by emailing to: licensing@allerdale.gov.uk. The application may be viewed by appointment only at Allerdale House, New Bridge Road, Workington, CA14 3YJ between the hours of 10.00am and 4.00pm, Monday to Friday. Appointments can be made by contacting the Licensing Department on 0303 123 1702. IT IS AN OFFENCE, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for which you may be liable to a fine of up to £5000 on summary conviction.
