(Footpath 36, Chestnut Close, Bumham On Crouch) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close Footpath 36, (Chestnut Close), Burnham On Crouch in the District of Maldon, From the central point of the level crossing, approximately 20 metres in a northerly direction and 20 metres in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14/08/2021 to 27/08/2021 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while level crossing upgrade works are undertaken. The alternative route will be east along Foundry Lane, North on B1021 Station Road, left to Cedar Grove, west along Maple Way then south on Chestnut Close and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 14/08/2021 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Maldon District) (Holloway Road, Barbrook Avenue, Heybridge) (20mph Zone) Order 20** (Maldon District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.8) Order 20**
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45,46,49,53,84(1) (a) and (2) and Part III & IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order:
1. To Implement No Waiting At Any Time restrictions on the following lengths of road in the District of Maldon:
Road Description
Holloway Road, Heybridge  From its tangent point of the north western kerb line with Barbrook Avenue in a northwesterly direction for approximately 40 metres and from its tangent point of the southeastern kerb line with Barbrook Avenue in a southeasterly direction for approximately 15 metres.
Barbrook Avenue, Heybridge  Both Sides: From its junction with Holloway Road in a northeasterly direction for approximately 15 metres.

2. To introduce a 20mph Zone on Barbrook Avenue, Heybridge, in the District of Maldon: From a point approximately 12 metres northeast of the junction with Holloway Road in a north easterly direction for the entire length of the estate of Barbrook Avenue.

This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Maldon District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by replacing tile number TL845 085 Revision 0 with Revision 1.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Crouchmans Farm Road, Ulting in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Bumfords Lane for a distance of approximately 795m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 30th August 2021 for 12 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC112KN-HTFDPRL5050-ES1 -Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by Openreach. (Crouch Road, Burnham-on-Crouch) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Crouch Road, Burnham-on-Crouch in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Station Road to its junction with Normandy Avenue a distance of approximately 140m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 30th August 2021 for 22 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5011001070783 -Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while gas main replacement works are undertaken by Cadent. An alternative route is available via Station Road, Queens Road, Albert Road, Crouch Road, Essex Road, Devonshire Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 12th August 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Kelvedon Road, Great Braxted) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Kelvedon Road, Great Braxted in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 100m north east of its junction with Brickhouse Farm Road for a distance of approximately 340m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 5th September 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS8177601 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by Openreach.

The Order will come into effect on 12th August 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Maldon Road, Bradwell-on-Sea) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice Is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Maldon Road, Bradwell-on-Sea in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 1165m south west of its junction with Bradwell Road for a distance of approximately 120m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 31 st August 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30072898922 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.

(Steeple Road, Southminster) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Steeple Road, Southminster in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Steeple Meadows for a distance of approximately 130m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 31 st August 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (AD037RO58487912 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while manhole cover replacement works are undertaken by Anglian Water. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Tudwick Road, Tolleshunt D'arcy in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 285m south west of its junction with Strawberry Lane for a distance of approximately 160m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 30th August 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS97099AA - Openreach). (Woodham Mortimer Road/Tom Tit Lane, Woodham Walter) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021 Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Woodham Mortimer Road/Tom Tit Lane, Woodham Walter in the District of Maldon, from the junction with Old London Road to the junction with Maldon Road a distance of approximately 1125m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th September 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (A5001ESS000990128 - County Broadband Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while superfast fibre optic broadband installation works are undertaken by County Broadband Ltd.
