I, Brian HOYLE, give notice that an application was made to Herefordshire Council on the 30th of July 2021 for the Grant of a Premises Licence at The Orange Tree, 16 King St, HEREFOHD HR4 9BX at which the following licensable activities are proposed: Sale of Alcohol, for consumption ON & OFF premises, and Late Night Refreshment Mon - Thu between 10:00 and 23:00hrs, Fri - Sat between 10:00 and 01:00hrs Sun - between 10:00 and 00:00hrs extended until 01:00hrs on Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, Bank Holidays and Sundays preceding Bank Holidays.
