(Castle Point District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.10) Order 20**
Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32,35,45,46, 49 and 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the older:
No Wailing at any Time, and No Loading/Unloading at any Time

Point Road, Canvey Island  NORTH SIDE: from a point approximately 14 metres east  of the western boundary of 1 Wall Road, generally eastwards for approximately 37 metres.
No Loading/Unloading at any Time
Name Description

Point Road, Canvey Island  SOUTH SIDE: from a point In line with the shared boundary of 110 & 112 Point Road, Generally eastwards for a distance of approximately 20 metres.
No Waiting at any Time Name Description
Point Road, Canvey Island  NORTH SIDE: i. From a point in line with the western boundary of 1 Wall Road, eastwards for approximately 14 metres. ii. From a point approximately 17 metres south east of the north eastern kerb line of Wall Road, south eastwards for approximately 21 metres.

This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Castle Point District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting tiles TQ815 830 Revision 0 to 1 and TQ815 832 Revision 0 to 1.

(Ash Tree Court & Stambridge Road, Stambridge) (Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' in that length of Ash Tree Court, Stambridge in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Stambridge Road for a distance of approximately 40m in a south easterly direction.

2. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' in that length of Stambridge Road in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 60m south west of its junction with Stewards Elm Farm Lane for a distance of approximately 40m in a south westerly direction.

"The Essex County Council (Rochford District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at any time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions in the above length of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained In the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain In force.
The restrictions are scheduled to commence on 16th August 2021 for 14 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP20160001280 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network.
The restrictions are required for the safety of the public and workforce while lining works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
The Order will come into effect on 12th August 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Cavell Road, Billericay) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Cavell Road, Billericay in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Green Farm Lane for a distance of approximately 35m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23rd August 2021 for 12 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EN01332598B - Essex And Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains renewal works are undertaken by Essex And Suffolk Water.
An alternative route is available via Greens Farm Lane, The Meadow Way, Thynne Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 12th August 2021 and may continue In force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever Is the earlier.

(Clock House Road/Tye Common Road, Little Burstead) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Clock House Road/ Tye Common Road, Little Burstead in the Borough of Basildon, from the junction with Rectory Road for a distance of approximately 360m In a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 22nd August 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit
(BC311WBJL590N002 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while duct clearance and spine cabling works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Noak Hill Road, Noak Hill Road Roundabout, Bell Hill Roundabout, Southend Road, Sun Street, London Road, Laindon Road.
The Order will come into effect on 12th August 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Ewan Way, Hadleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Ewan Way, Hadleigh in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with WoodfiekJ Road to the Southend on Sea District Boundary for a distance of approximately 80m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 25th August 2021 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2307509 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safely of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Ewan Way, Highlands Boulevard, Woodfield Road, Woodlands Park and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 12th August 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(High Road, South Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of High Road, South Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from a point approximately 20m north west of its junction with Grove Road for a distance of approximately 75m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24th August 2021 for 1 night (19:00 - 23:00), or where stated on a valid permit (AD037R058888634 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while cover and frame replacement works are undertaken by Anglian Water.
An alternative route is available via Essex Way, Benfleet Road, London Road, Kiln Road, Bread And Cheese Hill, Southwold Crescent and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 12th August 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Hatley Gardens, South Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hatley Gardens, South Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with London Road for a distance of approximately 40m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th August 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WBKCRN8Y001 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while underground cabling works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via London Road, High Road, Hatley Gardens and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 29th July 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Poynters Lane, Great Wakering) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Poynters Lane, Great Wakering in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Wakering Road for a distance of approximately 155m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 12th August 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC0080GEA72442258A - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cabling works are undertaken by Openreach.

(Stambridge Road, Stambridge) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Stambridge Road, Stambridge in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 20m southwest of its junction with Ash Tree Court for a distance of approximately 125m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th August 2021 for  14 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH10003216 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while culvert lining works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Stambridge Road, Weir Pond Road, East Street, South Street, Bradley Way, West Street, Ashingdon Road, Rectory Road, Brays Lane, Apton Hall Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 29th July 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
