(GENERAL DEVELOPMENT PROCEDURE) ORDER 1995
NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 6. Notice 2.
Proposed development at 32 Bedhampton Hill, Havant, Hampshire, PO9 3JW. Notice is hereby given that an application is being made to Havant Borough Council by Mr. and Mrs. R. Clarke for PLANNING PERMISSION for a new parking layby, access stairs and retaining walls. Any owner of the land who wishes to make representations about the application should do so within 21 days of the date of publication of this notice to HAVANT BOROUGH COUNCIL, DEVELOPMENT SERVICES, HAVANT, HAMPSHIRE, PO9 2AX.
If an appeal is made against the decision of the Council to refuse to grant planning permission for the proposed development and the appeal then proceeds by way of the expedited written representations procedure, then representations made by the owner or tenant to the Council will be passed to the Secretary of State and there will be no opportunity to make further representation.
Any owner or tenant wishing to make representations should do so at the earliest opportunity.
