ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER -SAUNDERS PARK VIEW, BRIGHTON
1. NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which when it comes into force will have the following effect:-

(a) The temporary prohibition of waiting at any time on Saunders Park View, Brighton between property no.105 and no.125, all along the western side of the road, on the northern dead end of the road, and along the tree pits on the outside of the new parking bays on the eastern side of the road.
2. The Order is necessary for the new housing Development.

3. This Order comes into force on 18th August 2021 for eighteen months or until such sooner time as the works are completed.
