We, Daniel Thwaites plc, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an application has been submitted to Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in relation to The Fox and Hounds, 1 Ewood, Blackburn BB2 4LL, a brief description of the nature of the proposed variation being as follows: To amend the plans that accompany the premises licence in order to permit sales of alcohol in external areas and to make minor changes to the internal layout. To amend the start time for opening times and sales of alcohol to 09:00. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in connection with the application.
