Application has been made by David Lloyd Leisure Limited to the Licensing, Authority of Bolton Metropolitan Borough Council to vary the Premises Licence for the David Lloyd Leisure at Chorley Street Bolton, Lancashire, BL1 4AL.
The application includes the following terms: 
1 .To permit use of external bar and license the outdoor pool and terrace areas for sale of alcohol as per the drawing deposited with the Licensing Authority.
2. To delete Annex 2 conditions 2, 3 and 4 and Undertakings condition 1 as more particularised in the application.
