NOTICE OF PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF PUBLIC OPEN SPACE LAND
In compliance with section 123 (2A) Local Government Act 1972, Flintshire County Council gives notice that it intends to dispose, by the grant of an easement, of part of open space land being the play area on the North side of Ffordd Derwyn, Penyffordd, Flintshire in connection with the installation of surface water and foul drainage pipes, associated manholes and inspection chambers and necessary ancillary apparatus. A copy of a plan of the easement strip may be inspected at Flintshire Connects, Buckley Library, The Precinct, Buckley, Flintshire, CH7 2EF during normal opening hours, and is available for inspection on the Council's website (Public Notices Section) at

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC NOTICE FLINTSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 BUCKLEY
The Flintshire County Council hereby intends not sooner than 7 days from the 30th July 2021 to make an Order which will prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in B5128 Church Road between its junctions with A549 Chester Road and Butterley Drive, Buckley in the County of Flintshire.
The reason for the closure is to facilitate Gas mains replacement with associated works by Wales and West Utilities.
The alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be signed accordingly by the use of prescribed signs.
It is anticipated that the Order will come into force on 16th August 2021, or as soon as possible thereafter. The road will only be closed for 3 weeks, or until earlier completion of the works, subject to a maximum period of eighteen months.

The Flintshire County Council hereby intends not sooner than 7 days from the 30th July 2021 to make an Order which will prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in the following roads:
1. Gronant Hill, Gronant - between its junctions with A548 Mostyn Road and Uanasa Road;
2. A5104 Corwen Road, Treuddyn and Coed Talon - between its junctions with Rhyd Osbar and Ffordd Y Llan;
3. A5026 Boot Hill, Bagilit - between its junctions with Cross Roads and Sunnyside Close;
4. Abbotts Lane, Penyffordd - between its junctions with Rhos Road and Park Crescent;
5. Hafod Park, Connahs Quay - from its junction with Clifton Park Avenue;
6. The Nook, Mancot - from its junction with Mill Lane;
7. Llanasa Road, Llanasa - from its junction with Gwespyr Crossroads for an approximate distance of 180 metres;
8. Unnamed Road, Gorsedd - between its junctions with A5026 Waen Crossroads and Gorsedd Church Crossroads;
9. Unnamed Road, Gorsedd - between its junctions with A5026 Waen Crossroads and Saith Ffynnon Crossroads;
10. Kinnerton Lane, Kinnerton - between its junctions with Main Road and Lesters Lane;
11. B5127 Mill Lane, Buckley - between its junction with A549 Windmill Road and Hawkesbury Road;
12. B5129 Chester Road East, Pentre - between its junctions with A550 Queensferry roundabout and Ffordd Y Pentre;
13. B5122 Main Road, Caerwys - between its junctions with St Michaels Drive and Pant Farm junction;
14. Conway Close, Flint - from its junction with Bryn Glas;
15. Old Mold Road, Hope - from its junction with A541 Dual Carriageway;
16. Unnamed Road, Afonwen - between its junctions with A541 Denbigh Road and Pen Ucha Pellaf Crossroads;

During the period of the closures and restrictions, all streets in the schedules above will be subject to a temporary speed restriction which will prohibit vehicles from travelling at a speed exceeding 10 mph.
The reason for the closure is Carriageway resurfacing and surface dressing and associated works by Flintshire County Council; Streetscene and Transportation.
The alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be signed accordingly by the use of prescribed signs,
It is anticipated that the Order will come into force on 16th August 2021, or as soon as possible thereafter, with a completion date of 31 st March 2022 or until earlier completion of the works, subject to a maximum period of eighteen months.

The Flintshire County Council hereby gives notice that it proposes to make an Order Under Sections 81,82,83 and 84 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers the effect of which will be:-
a) To extend the existing Restricted Road (30mph speed limit) on the A541 Wrexham Road, in a southerly direction, as specified in Schedule 1 to this notice and as shown on Map Schedule M4.
b) The proposed Order, if made, will revoke The County of Flint (40mph Speed Limit) (No. 1) Order 1966 in its entirety.
