Application for Listed Building Consent
Application Number: NY/2021 /0109/LBC Proposed development at County Hall, North Yorkshire County Council, Racecourse Lane, Romanby, DL7 8AD.
I give notice that the Corporate Director, Central Services is applying to North Yorkshire County Council for Listed Building Consent for the demolition of the existing three storey East Block building (926m2) & landscaping works. The building concerned is included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Architectural or Historic Interest compiled under the above Act. The part of Northallerton within which the proposed development is situated has been designated a Conservation Area under the above Act as the area is of special architectural or historic interest the character of which it is desirable to preserve or enhance.
Members of the public may view the application, the plans, & other documents submitted with the application at Hambleton District Council, Planning Department, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton during all reasonable hours until 20/08/21. Please note that this may require a prior appointment. You are advised to check with the Council before making your visit. The application may also be viewed using the Online Planning Register on the County Council's web-site
