Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, Station Road, Brampton, Order 2021, No. 208 We have made this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using Station Road, Brompton for a temporary period (subject to access to premises) between 02/08/21 & 02/11/21, due to works. Temporary Prohibition of Pedestrians, Public Footpath 10.110/39/1 Northallerton, Order 2021, No.
228 We intend to make this order to prohibit any pedestrian from using the Public Footpath 10.110/39/1 Northallerton between grid reference SE36899395 & SE36969396 for a temporary period of 6 months (subject to access to premises) between 16/08/21 & 15/02/22, due to public safety during street works. Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking, District of Richmondshire, Amendment No 21, Order 2021 Notice is hereby given that on 23/07/21 North Yorkshire County Council made an Order under Sections 1 (1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) & 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act & under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is to amend "North Yorkshire County Council, Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking, District of Richmondshire, Consolidation Order 2013" by introducing the restrictions specified:- Prohibition of Waiting - Middleton Tyas Lane on both sides, from Scotch Corner Interchange to a point 190 metres east of its junction with the east side of the road from the Services (measured along the northern kerbline). Road to Moulton on both sides from its junction with Middleton Tyas Lane to a point 105 metres south of its junction with Middleton Tyas Lane (measured along the eastern kerbline) A copy of trie Order, which comes into operation on 02/08/21, together with a map showing the roads affected may be examined at County Hall, Northallerton during normal office hours from 30/07/21 to 03/09/21 & also viewed online at

If you wish to question the validity of the above Order or of any provision contained in it, on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or of any Instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks of 23/07/21 make application to the High Court for the purpose.
Temporary Prohibition of Pedestrians, Public Footpath 10.140/3/1, Stokesley, Order 2020 No 60 Notice is hereby given that the above Order, the effect of which is to prohibit any public access along Public Footpath10.140/3/1, Stokesley, between grid reference NZ52480932 & NZ52450958 to ensure public safety during housing development has been continued in force for a further 12 months until 29/07/22 or until the completion of the works (whichever is the earlier), under Section 15(3) of the above Act with the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport.
