(SPECIAL EVENTS) (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2021
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council, under provisions contained In the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and the Traffic Management Act 2004, is satisfied that traffic on the said Roads should be prohibited for the purpose of holding approximately seventeen social events and proposes to make an Order, the effect of which is that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed or wait along the lengths of Road as listed in the Schedule to this Order. Emergency vehicles and pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. This Order permits Event Organisers to enter, for the purposes of holding their event, roads listed as closed in the Schedule to this Order and those areas listed as closed under the current Poole Quay Experimental Traffic Regulation Order. The proposed Order will operate from 7 August 2021 and will continue in force until 14 November 2021. Anticipated event dates and times are listed in the Schedule to this Notice.
