Mr James Cole has applied to Christchurch Borough Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the Premises known as and situate at Club Epic, 25-27 Bargates, Town Centre, Christchurch BH23 1QD and propose to carry on the following activities:-
Sale of Alcohol, and/or an exhibition of a film; and/or a performance of live music (or entertainment of a similar description); and/or any playing of recorded music (or entertainment of a similar description); and/or a performance of dance (or entertainment of a similar description); and/or providing entertainment facilities to allowpeople to take part in making music or dancing (or entertainment of a similar description); and/or late night refreshment.
Applications are available for public inspection at Christchurch Borough Council, Civic Offices, Bridge Street, Christchurch, Dorset, BH23 1AZ or on http://www.dorsetforyou.com or any other person may make representations in writing on the proposals in the application to the Licensing Authority but these must be submitted between [insert dates- starting the day after the application is given to the Licensing Authority for 28 continuous days. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 of the standard scale (£5000, January 2005).
