Tulum Group Ltd have applied to Allerdale Borough Council for a Premises Licence commencing on 1st September 2021 for Fazz's Indian Kitchen, 1 Main Street, Cockermouth, Cumbria, CA13 9LB. The relevant Licensing activities which it is intended to provide at the premises are:- Supply of Alcohol On Premises: Monday - Sunday: 10:00 00:00 (Christmas Eve and New Years Eve: 10:00 01:30). Live/Recorded Music: Monday Sunday: 10:00 00:30 (Christmas Eve and New Years Eve: 10:00 02:00) The application may be inspected at Allerdale Borough Council, Licensing Department, Allerdale House, New Bridge Road, Workington, CA14 3YJ between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. on Monday to Friday inclusive Appointments can be made by contacting the Licensing Department on 0303 123 1702. Any 'Interested Party' or 'Responsible Authority' may make representations to the Council regarding the application during the period of 28 consecutive days starting with the day after the application was lodged with the Council, that day being 16th July 2021. The last day for representations to be made will therefore be 14th August 2021. All representations must be made in writing. It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and on summary conviction is liable to a fine of up to £5,000
