THE BARNET (OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) (NO. 01) TRAFFIC ORDER 2021
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Barnet propose to make the above-mentioned Orders under Sections 6, 30, 32, 35 and 124 of and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. Daws Lane Car Park In order to effectively manage the car park situated In Daws Lane NW7 at Mill Hill Park, the general effect of the Off-Street Order will be to Introduce parking restrictions and charges In the car park as follows: Between the hours of 8am and 6.30pm, Mondays to Saturdays, the Daws Lane car park will be subject to the following tariff which will be payable via the Council's telephone payment system, via credit/debit card pay and display machine, at Paypolnt outlets, or through the use of parking vouchers obtainable from the Council:
Up to 2 hours: Free of charge
Up to 3 hours: £2.00
Up to 4 hours: £3.00
Over 4 hours: £6.00
Disabled badge holders would be permitted to park In the car parks free of charge. A copy of the Order, which will come Into operation on Monday 2nd August 2021 and the Council's Statement of Reasons for making the Order can be obtained, for a period of 6 weeks from the date on which this notice Is published, by emailing

or by writing to the Design Team, Highways Section, 6th Floor, 2 Bristol Avenue, Collndale, London NW9 4EW.
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of Its provisions on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or any regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
