NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Essex County Council Is seeking planning permission for Demolition
of 3no. existing temporary classrooms. The construction of a standalone single storey building, comprising
3no. classrooms, toilet facilities, plant and storage together with associated ancillary works. Provision
of 2no. temporary classbases for the duration of the construction works at Great Bardfield Primary School,
Brook Street, Great Bardfield CM7 4RN - CC/BTE/72Y21
Great Bardfield Primary School is situated within Great Bardfield Conservation Area
The proposed development may not accord with the provision of the Braintree District Local Plan Review
adopted July 2005 in force in the area which the land to which the application relates is situated.

Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 84(1) (a) and (2) and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order: To introduce a 20mph Zone on the following roads on the in the District of Braintree
Road Description
Align Road 1 From a point approximately 5 metres northeast from its junction with Boars Tye Road
for the remainder of its length.
Align Road 2 From its junction with Align Road 1 in a south easterly direction for the remainder of its length.
Align Road 2.1 From its junction with Align Road 2 in a south western direction for the remainder of its length.
Align Road 3 From its junction with Road 1 in a north westerly direction for the remainder of its length.

Effect of the orders:
1. To introduce a Prohibition of Motor Vehicles on Rectory Lane, Witham in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Forest Road, in a northerly direction for approximately 202 metres (access for pedestrians, cyclists and equestrians will be maintained).

2. To introduce 'No Waiting at Any Time' restrictions on the following lengths of road, Witham in the District of Braintree:

Effect of the order: To temporarily close Breeds Road (Fanners Green Road), Great Waltham in the City of Chelmsford, 224m NE of Margaret Woods Road for a distance of 40m NE. The closure is scheduled to commence on 02/08/2021 to 07/08/2021 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Lane, Braintree in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Church Meadows for a distance of approximately 120m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th August 2021 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP02231005220 - Hill Partnerships). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while bellmouth construction works are undertaken by Hill Partnerships. (Gosfield Road, Wethersfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Gosfield Road, Wethersfield in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Hyde Lane for a distance of approximately 75m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 25th August 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03010643903 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Anglian Water.

(Braintree Road, Great Bardfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Braintree Road, Great Bardfield in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Mill Road to its junction with Bendlowes Road a distance of approximately 230m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th August 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2312577 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while footway, kerbing and drainage repair works are undertaken by Essex County Council. (Bridge End, Great Bardfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Bridge End, Great Bardfield in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Beslyns Road for a distance of approximately 120m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th August 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2305587-EH2305589 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. (Church Road, Hatfield Peverel) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Road, Hatfield Peverel inthe District of Braintree, from its junction with The Street for a distance of approximately 90m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 11th August 2021 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ7011001063811 - Cadent).
