Great Bardfield Primary School is situated within Great Bardfield Conservation Area
The proposed development may not accord with the provision of the Braintree District Local Plan Review
adopted July 2005 in force in the area which the land to which the application relates is situated.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Gosfield Road, Wethersfield in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Hyde Lane for a distance of approximately 75m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 25th August 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03010643903 - Anglian Water). Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Braintree Road, Great Bardfield in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Mill Road to its junction with Bendlowes Road a distance of approximately 230m.
