APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
I, Enrico La Licata hereby give notice that I have applied for a premises licence in respect of De Italian Sausage in 18-20 Southchurch Road, Southend on sea, SS1 2ND. The licence is to allow a licensed restaurant activity from 8am until 23pm. The application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Southend on Sea Borough Council, PO Box 6, Civic Centre, Victoria Avenue, SS2 6ER, during normal office hours or at www.southend.gov.uk. Click on Licensing then public register. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations to the Council about the application. Such representations must be in writing and must be made no later than 28/08/2021. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding £5000.
