Notice is hereby given that under the Licensing Act 2003 I/We Caffe & Co. Ltd have applied to St Helens Council for a Premises Licence for the premises at: Caffe & Co. 8 Dane Court, Rainhill, Prescot L35 4LU. The proposed licensable activities are: Supply of Alcohol & Recorded Music from Mon-Sat 08:00 - 23:00 and Sun 09:00-22:00 The application can be inspected at the Licensing Unit, Wesley House, Corporation Street, St Helens WA10 1HF anytime Monday to Friday between the hours of 09:30hrs and 16:30hrs. Any representations must be made in writing to the Licensing Manager, Wesley House, Corporation Street, St Helens WA10 1HF or by email to generallicensing@sthelens.gov.uk by 23/08/2021. It is an offence to make false statement in relation to an application the maximum fine being £5,000 date 26/07/2021
