APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is given herby that I Dhami have applied to Bury Council to vary the Premises Licence for Hamitons 254-258 Bury New Rd, Whitefield, M45 8QN to allow the sale/supply of alcohol between the following hours: Mon-Thurs 10:00-23:00, Fri-Sun 10:00-01:00, Public Holidays 10:00-01:00 and to allow the holding of Regulated Entertainment to include: Music, Singing, Live Performers, Playing of recorded sound, Provision of Late Night Refreshments between the following hours: Fri-Sun/Public Holidays 23:00-01:00.
