Port of Poole Master Plan / Port Development
Notice is hereby given that the Poole Harbour Commissioners are applying to the Marine Management Organisation (MMO) for a Poole Harbour Revision (Works) Order under section 14 of the Harbours Act 1964 relating to proposed development within the Port of Poole. This development proposal follows the adoption of the Port of Poole Master Plan in March 2013.
A draft application was submitted to the MMO on 21 March 2014 for comment; submission of the final documentation is anticipated to take place in May of this year. For the benefit of all stakeholders a public display will be held in the North Lounge Passenger Terminal at the Port of Poole on Monday 28 April 2014 between the hours of 3pm - 7pm to enable public inspection of the key documents.
