Notice is hereby given that I, Malik Shadab Ali Javed, has applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as Henry's Newsagent, 2 Seaside Lane, Easington Colliery, Peterlee, SR8 3PE for the Variation of a Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activity: - To allow the premises to open 06.00 to 22.00 daily with the sale of alcohol 06.00 to 22.00 daily. New conditions have been attached to the licence to bring the Operating Schedule up to date. In all other respects the licence is to remain the same.
