TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up and Diversion of Highways (North West) (No.46) Order 2021" authorising the stopping up and diversion of a length of unnamed cycle track as lies off the access road leading to the Prince of Wales Dock and an irregular shaped southern and northern part width of the access road leading to the Prince of Wales Dock at Siddick, Workington in the Borough of Allerdale, to enable development as permitted by Allerdale Borough Council, under reference FUL/2020/0212.
Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, at 

(quoting NATTRAN/NW/S247/4504).
Any person aggrieved by or desiring to question the validity of or any provision within the Order, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement or regulation made has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks of 23 July 2021 apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision included.
