ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
BRIGHTON & HOVE VARIOUS CONTROLLED PARKING ZONES CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2018 AMENDMENT ORDER NO.15 2021 (REF: TRO-16-2021)
NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council ("the Council") has on 21st July 2021 made the Order named above under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which when it comes into operation on 30th July 2021 will introduce rapid electric vehicle charging points in the parts of the roads identified:-
Zone A - Tivoli Crescent - Amend Permit Parking Places Monday to Sunday - 9am to 8pm and introduces an Electric Vehicle Charging point
Zone C - St Lukes Terrace - Amend Shared Permit/Paid Parking Places Monday to Sunday -9am to 8pm and introduces an Electric Vehicle Charging point
Zone E - Matlock Road - Amend Shared Permit/ Paid Parking Places Monday to Friday - 9am to 8pm and introduces an Electric Vehicle Charging point
Zone H - Arundel Street-Amend Permit Parking Places Monday to Sunday - 9am to 8pm and introduces an Electric Vehicle Charging point
Zone M - Waterloo Street - Amend Permit Parking Places Monday to Sunday - 9am to 8pm and introduces an Electric Vehicle Charging point
Zone N - Fourth Avenue, Third Avenue & Wilbury Road - Amend Permit Parking Places Monday to Sunday - 9am to 8pm and introduces an Electric Vehicle Charging point
Zone O - Lorna Road - Amend Shared Permit/ Paid Parking Places Monday to Saturday - 9am to 8pm and introduces an Electric Vehicle Charging point
Zone Q - Lancaster Road - Amend Permit Parking Places Monday to Sunday - 9am to 8pm and introduces an Electric Vehicle Charging point
Zone T - Hove Park Villas - Amend Permit Parking Places Monday to Sunday - 9am to 8pm and introduces an Electric Vehicle Charging point
Zone W - Richardson Road - Amend Permit Parking Places Monday to Sunday - 10am to 11 am and 7pm to 8pm and introduces an Electric Vehicle Charging point

Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirements of the Act or of any instrument made under it have not been complied with may, within six weeks from the date on which the Order was made, apply to the High Court for that purpose Dated: 23rd July 2021.
