Notice is hereby given that I, John Scholey have made an application under section 17 of part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the grant of a premises licence for the premises known as Brick Elm Farm, Pool Road, Otley, LS21 1EA.I intend to conduct on or from the premises the following licensable activities, Live Music and sale by retail of Alcohol Interested parties or responsible authorities (within the meaning of the act) may make written representations to Leeds City Council about this application until 6th May 2014 which should be sent to the following address: Entertainment Licensing Section, Leeds City Council, Civic Hall, Leeds, LS1 1UR.
