A4 Southern Bypass - Enniskillen
The Department for Infrastructure having complied with Article 67A (7) of the Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993 ("the 1993 Order") hereby gives notice in accordance with the provisions of Article 67A (8) and (9) of its intention to proceed with the proposed A4 Enniskillen Southern Bypass Scheme.
The Scheme will provide 2100 metres of new road (including two new roundabouts) and shall become trunk road and be part of the Aughnacloy-Ballygawley-Enniskillen-Belcoo Land Frontier T6. In addition the Order also provides for the abandonment and stopping-up of certain roads. Documents containing-
- the content of the decision;
- a description of the main measures to avoid, reduce and, if possible, offset the major adverse effects of the project; and
- information about the consultation carried out in compliance with Articles 67A(8) and 67B, the representations received on consultation, and any changes made as a result of those representations
may be inspected by any person, via electronic versions at

In accordance with Article 67BA (1) of the 1993 Order, anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Department's decision to proceed with the scheme on the ground that-
(a) it is not within the powers of the 1993 Order; or
(b) any requirement of Part V of the 1993 Order has not been complied with in relation to the decision may, within 6 weeks from the date of publication of this notice, make an application for the purpose to the High Court.

Trunk Road Order
TheTrunk Road T6 (Enniskillen Southern Bypass) Order (Northern Ireland) 2021

The Department has made a Statutory Rule entitled The Trunk Road T6 (A4 Enniskillen Southern Bypass) Order (Northern Ireland) 2021' (S.R. 2021 No. 204) which will come into operation on 11 August 2021. The Order provides that 2100 metres of new road shall become trunk road and be part of the Aughnacloy-Ballygawley-Enniskillen-Belcoo Land Frontier T6.
The Order also provides for the stopping-up of certain roads to road traffic.

Bridge Orders
The River Erne Bridge Order (Northern Ireland) 2021

The Department has made a Statutory Rule entitled The River Erne Bridge Order (Northern Ireland) 2021' (S.R. 2021 No. 206) which will come into operation on 12 August 2021.
The Order provides for the construction of a bridge over part of the navigable waters of the River Erne in association with the A4 Enniskillen Southern Bypass Scheme.

The River Erne (Diversion Of Navigable Watercourse And Extinguishment Of Public Rights Of Navigation) Order (Northern Ireland) 2021
The Department has made a Statutory Rule entitled The River Erne (Diversion of Navigable Watercourse and Extinguishment of Public Rights of Navigation) Order (Northern Ireland) 2021' (S.R. 2021 No. 208) which will come into operation on 12 August 2021.
The Order provides for the diversion of part of the navigable watercourse and the extinguishment of the public rights of navigation over part of the navigable waters of the River Erne in association with the A4 Enniskillen Southern Bypass Scheme.

The River Sillees Bridge Order (Northern Ireland) 2021
The Department has made a Statutory Rule entitled The River Sillees Bridge Order (Northern Ireland) 2021' (S.R. 2021 No. 205) which will come into operation on 12 August 2021.
The Order provides for the construction of a bridge over part of the navigable waters of the River Sillees in association with the A4 Enniskillen Southern Bypass Scheme.

Notice Of Making Of Vesting Order
A4 Southern Bypass - Enniskillen

The Department has made an order vesting certain lands in thetownlands of Scaffog, Carrigan, Drumgallan, Mullylogan, Gortadrehid Little, Gortadrehid Big, Lisgoole, Drumsna, Killyhevlin and Breandrum, County Fermanagh under the Local Government Act (Northern Ireland) 1972 and the Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993.
A copy of the Vesting Order and related maps may be inspected at all reasonable hours at the Dfl Roads offices of the Department- Castle Barracks, Wellington Place, Enniskillen, Co Fermanagh BT74 7HL; County Hall, Drumragh Avenue, Omagh. Co Tyrone BT79 7AF, and Headquarters, Room 2-01, Clarence Court, 10-18 Adelaide Street, Belfast BT2 8GB.
Any person who wishes to question the validity of this Vesting Order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the Department or that the Statutory Procedures have not been followed may, within one month from the date of publication of this notice, make an application to the High Court.

Temporary Road Closure
U6503 Mill Street/Factory Road, Enniskillen

Notice is hereby given that the Department acting in pursuance of its powers under Article 7 of The Roads Traffic Regulations (Nl) Order 1997 intends to close temporarily the U6503 StS Mill Street/Factory Road from its junction with the U6503 St10 Floraville to its junction with U6503 St02 Erne Road, Enniskillen for a period of 4 weeks commencing Monday 19th July 2021 to Sunday 15th August 2021 for the purpose of installing a section of gas pipeline.
Vehicles requiring access to land or premises abutting this length of road will be accommodated.
A diversion route will be signposted as follows:
A32 Cornagrade Road to Cherrymount Roundabout, A32 Irvinestown Road, Enniskillen and vice versa.
