Herefordshire Council Notice of Making
NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, have, under its relevant powers, made the following Order: U94009, Popland Lane, Risbury, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the U94009, Popland Lane, Risbury, from the junction of the C1110 north to Gilhorn Cottage. Grid Ref: 354978 / 255306. There is no alternate route for those affected by this proposal
The said closure is required due to rural fibre installation works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 2nd of August 2021 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 5 days.
