(IVESTON LANE, DELVES) (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2021

The Council on 16/7/2021 made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all vehicular traffic from proceeding on 750m of Iveston Ln, Delves from the junc with Stockerley Ln/Delves Ln at the southern side of closure in a northerly direction to High Castle Dene Farm to enable gas re-enforcement works to be undertaken. An alt route will be available to vehicular traffic from the southern side of the closure in the following directions: a)south easterly on Stockerley Ln, then north westerly on A691 Woodside Bank to northern side of closure and vice versa b) north westerly on Delves Ln, then north easterly on A692 Rotary Way to Leadgate Rd roundabout, then continuing south easterly on A692 to the B6309/A691 roundabout, and southerly on A691 to northern side of closure and vice versa. The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months. The proposed works are to commence on 26/7/2021 and are anticipated to be completed in 9 weeks. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.
