FULL VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE
MR ARMAN HAJ ABRAHIM has applied to Christchurch Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence under Section 34* of the Licensing Act 2003 for the Premises known as and situated at Blushh Restaurant and Lounge Bar, 29-31 Bargates, Christchurch BH23 1QD and propose to vary the license:
To extend our hours of opening from Sunday to Thursday until 1:00AM.
To extend the sale of alcohol on the premise from Sunday to Thursday until 12:30AM. To extend the hours of opening on Fridays and Saturdays until 4:00AM.
To vary ANNEX 2.36 'Persons will not be permitted to enter the premises after 2:00AM' to 'Persons will not be permitted to enter the premises after 3:00AM' To extend our sale of alcohol on the premises on Fridays and Saturdays until 3:30AM. To have amplified music on Fridays and Saturdays until 3:30AM.
To extend the hours of opening on Christmas Eve and New Years eve to the hours and conditions of Friday and Saturday nights. To vary ANNEX 2.10 'On Fridays and Saturdays, Christmas Eve and New Years Eve a minimum of three SIA door staff shall be employed at the premises from 2100 hours until 30 minutes after close.' to 'On Fridays and Saturdays, Christmas Eve and New Years Eve a minimum of two SIA door staff shall be employed at the premises from 2200 hours until thirty minutes after close.'
To remove ANNEX 2.24 'A qualified first aider shall be on the premises throughout the premises opening hours.'
To remove ANNEX 2.27 'A qualified Fire Marshall shall be on the premises throughout the premises opening hours.'
To extend our licensable areas for alcohol consumption on the premises.
To extend our late night refreshment hours from 1:00AM until 3:00AM on Fridays and Saturday nights.
To extend the hours and conditions to reflect those of a Friday and Saturday night on Sundays where the following day is a Bank Holiday. Interested Parties or Responsible Authorities, as defined under the Licensing Act 2013 may make representations in writing on the proposals in the application to the Licensing Authority but these must be submitted between 10/04/14 - 08/05/14.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 of the standard scale (£5000, January 2005).
