HALLGARTH HOUSE ROAD, HIGH PITTINGTON) (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2021
The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all vehicular traffic from proceeding on 50m of Hallgarth House Rd from Hallgarth The Manor House to enable establishment of a safe working zone while Openreach cabling (including access to boxes) works to be undertaken. Alt route for vehicular traffic will be available from the adjacent road, Hallgarth Ln. The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months. The proposed works are to commence from 9.30am to 3.30pm daily on 9/8/21 and are anticipated to be completed in 2 days. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly. Access will be maintained for emergency service vehicles.
