NORTHGATE, ANNFIELD PLAIN (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2021
The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all vehicular traffic from proceeding on 125m of Northgate to the rears of nos 1-19, Annfield Plain to enable footway resurfacing works to be undertaken. There is no signed alt route available to vehicular traffic during the closure periods. The maximum duration of the Order is 18 months. The proposed works are to commence from 7.30am on 26/7/21 and are anticipated to be completed in 2 weeks. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.
