Notice is hereby given that I, Anne Longfield, have applied under section 17 of part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 for a premises licence for The Cheerful Chilli Barn, East Chevin Road, Otley, LS21 3DD where I intend to conduct the following activities: supply alcohol, recorded and live music, provide facilities for dancing, Monday-Sunday 11:00-23:00. Interested parties or responsible authorities (within the meaning of the Act) may send written representations about this to: Entertainment Licensing, Leeds City Council, Civic Hall, Leeds, LS1 1UR until 25/04/2014.
