The Planning (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 1992 (Regulation 6) Notice of Application for Continuation of Hazardous Substances Consent.

I give notice that Kemira Chemicals (UK) Ltd is applying to City of Bradford Metropolitan Council for the continuation of hazardous substances consent for an alteration to Acrylonitrile Handling Conditions 1 and 7 at Kemira, Bowling Park Drive, Bradford, BD4 7TT. Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application at Kemira Reception, Bowling Park Drive, Bradford, BD4 7TT during all reasonable hours until 5 May 2014.
