ELECORE ELECTRICAL LIMITED Notice is hereby given that on 15 July 2021 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Kilmarnock by Elecore Electrical Limited having their registered office at Unit 2 Building 3 Largs Yacht Haven, Irvine Road, Largs KA30 8EZ ("the Company") craving the Court, inter alia, that the Company be wound up by the Court and that Joint Interim Liquidators be appointed, in which petition the Sheriff at Kilmarnock by interlocutor dated 15 July 2021 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Kilmarnock, within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service, and eo die appointed Derek Murray Law Forsyth and Blair Milne, Insolvency Practitioners, Azets Holdings Limited t/a Azets, Titanium 1, King's Inch Place, Renfrew PA4 8WF to be Joint Provisional Liquidators of the Company with the powers specified in Pts II and III of Sch.4 of the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
