Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any person having a CLAIM against or an INTEREST in the Estate of PAUL IAN CARR deceased, late of 27 Winchester Avenue York YO26 4RU who died on 2nd August 2013 and to whose Estate Grant of Letters of Administration was granted to Claire Carr the Administrator therein named on the 19th December 2013 is required to send particulars thereof in writing to Bromets Jackson Heath LLP, Solicitors, Kirkgate House, Tadcaster, North Yorkshire LS24 9AD on or before the 17th June 2014 after which date the Administrator will proceed to distribute the assets having regard only to valid claims then notified.
