Public Notice I, Sarah Gledhill have applied for the Variation of a Club Premises Certificate for Shaw Cricket Club, Mark Lane, Shaw, OL2 8QG. The Licence, if granted, is to enable the following activities to take place: The licensable activity namely the supply and sale of alcohol is permitted to take place on and off the club premises between the hours of 11.00 and 23.30 on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. The licensable activity namely the supply and sale of alcohol is permitted to take place on and off the club premises between the hours of 11.00 and 01.30 on Fridays and Saturdays. In addition, between the hours of 11.00 and 01.00 on Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. The licensable activity namely other types of entertainment (comedy nights, race nights, quiz nights and sportsman's dinners) is permitted to take place on the club premises between the hours of 11.00 and 00.00 on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. The licensable activity namely provision of regulated entertainment (films) is permitted to take place on the club premises between the hours of 11.00 and 00.00 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. The licensable activity namely provision of regulated entertainment (indoor sporting events) is permitted to take place on the club premises between the hours of 11.00 and 00.00 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. The licensable activity namely provision of regulated entertainment (live music) is permitted to take place on the club premises between the hours of 11.00 and 00.00 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. The licensable activity namely provision of regulated entertainment (recorded music) is permitted to take place on the club premises between the hours of 11.00 and 00.00 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. In addition between the hours of 11.00 and 01.00 on Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day. Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Section, Oldham Council, Sir Robert Peacock House, Vulcan Street, Oldham, OL1 4LA. The application can also be viewed at the above address during office hours. Representations should be made by 11/08/2021. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
